In the last two lectures, we studied how ObEN and TikTok use AI in their products. We have also studied the experiences consumers could perceive when they interact with AI products. For this assignment, write a 3-4 page essay to summarize our findings, and describe one experience for each product a consumer could perceive. Specially, your essay should answer the following questions:

- How does ObEN use blockchain technology? Is it a good idea to rely on blockchain?
- What are the strategic trade-offs faced by ObEN?
- What role does AI play in ByteDance’s TikTok product? Is it different than recommendation systems that came bfore (e.g., YouTube, Netflix)? How does AI create value for consumers of these products?
- How difficult is it for competitors like Facebook and Google to imitate the success of TikTok? What is their best strategy to compete in the space?
- What new applications should ByteDance build using its AI capabilities? What value does AI provide in these cases?
- Which experience (data capture, classification, delegation or social) is most likely to be felt by users in ObEN and TikTok? What are the benefits? What are the challenges? How could ObEN and TikTok address these challenges?
