I need a response or feedback on the below Answer:
Question: How did you apply the knowledge, skills, and attitudes from previous courses to the application of your capstone project? What did you learn from those experiences that prepared you for the capstone?
Answer: Servant leadership is one of the most important priorities that is a requirement to serve others. The focus of servant leadership is to mainly focus on employee gratification rather than performance improvement. According to the passage, it is clear that in his opinion materialist gains do not avert the leader from helping others. Behaviors have a lot to do with employee-related behaviors. Leadership is showing others without focusing on themselves. A great leader does not have to be a display up front. Great leader influences are others with their behaviors. A servant leader will promote and develop others and increase personal involvement and the team. Great leaders delegate according to one’s ability to fulfill the job responsibilities.
God is a great God. God has a high expectation of leaders and he expects them to take responsibility for the flock that he leads. 1 Peter 5:2-3 “Shepherd the flock of God that is among you, exercising oversight, not under compulsion, but willingly, as God would have you: not for shameful gain, but eagerly; not domineering over those in your charge, but being examples to the flock.” Pastors are the overseers and prime examples of Christlike.
